An empty bottle of Terpin Hydrate and Heroin chocolate coated tablets. Made by Parke, David & Co. of Detroit, Michigan. Brown glass bottle with paper label and cork stopper. The label has the company logo and name on it. There is a small chip in the rim of the bottle.

The label reads in full: "100 / CHOCOLATE-COATED / TABLETS / NO. 389 / TERPIN HYDRATE AND HEROIN/ R2 / Terpin hydrate, 2 1-2 grs. / Heroin, - - 1-24gr. / Dose 1 or 2 Tablets / 1068969 / PARKE, DAVIS & CO. DETROIT, MICH. U.S.A."
