Organization Chart: 1st level:  Incident Commander, 2nd level:  Command Staff: Public Information Officer, Liaison Officer, Safety Officer, 3rd level:  General Staff: Operations Section, Planning Section, Logistics Section, Finance/Admin Section, 5th Level: Branch Director, Air Operations Branch Director, Service Branch Director, Support Branch Director. Orderly Line of Authority goes from Incident Commander to Operations Section then to Branch Director

An orderly line of authority is used for the flow of task assignments and resource requests. This line of authority flows down through the organizational structure.
