Google remains the most popular search engine in Azerbaijan, which owns 95.19 percent of the market as of October 1, 2020, Trend reports with reference to the StatCounter’s Global Stats report.
Google's share in the Azerbaijani market decreased by 0.48 percent over the month, said the report.
The share of the Yandex search engine for the reporting month increased by 0.33 percent and amounted to 2.77 percent.
At the same time, the share of the Yandex search engine in Azerbaijan as of late October amounted to 0.65 percent, having increased by 0.02 percent over the month.
As of early October this year, the share of the Yahoo search engine in the country's market increased by 0.06 percent, and amounted to 0.51 percent.
The remaining part of the market amounted to 0.76 percent and was distributed among other search engines, including Mail.ru - 0.41 percent, a growth of 0.12 percent and Bing - 0.35 percent, a decrease of 0.08 percent.
