The Post of Montenegro offers a software solution that enables every business entity to create, verify and issue an invoice to the customer in a simple way. Each issued invoice, cash or non-cash, is sent to the Tax Administration for certification via the Internet, after which the customer receives a valid invoice. The platform is adapted to all service and trade activities. The software allows the user to quickly and easily keep records of all invoices issued, invoices received, expenses, customers, services.
There are three modules on offer, adapted to all types of activities. The use of the software is regulated by a two-year contract, and payment is on a monthly basis.
In addition to the software solution, Posta has the option of offering fiscalization payers a digital advanced electronic seal (for cash payments) and an advanced electronic signature (for non-cash payments). The period of validity of these certificates is three years.
The offer also includes different types of receipt printers, as well as a mobile cash register.
