The National Assembly of Serbia is ready to provide a full contribution to the strengthening of parliamentary and overall cooperation between Montenegro and Serbia, said the president of that parliament, Vladimir Orlić, in congratulating Andrija Mandić on his election as president of the Parliament of Montenegro.
