Pareuthria is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Cominellidae.[2]

Distribution[edit]

Species of Pareuthria are found in waters off of New Zealand and Argentina.[3][4]

Evolution[edit]

Pareuthria is related to the genus Cominella found in New Zealand and Australia.[5][4] Pareuthria is currently recognised within the family Cominellidae but it has also previously been referred to the alternative families Buccinulidae and Buccinidae.[5][4]
