Ageratina altissima (White Snakeroot) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Eastern North America, and North America. They have broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Common Eastern Bumblebee, Syritta pipiens, Toxomerus geminatus, and Syrphid fly. Individuals can grow to 167.3 cm.
