THE ARTICLES in Emilian-Romagnol:

Romangol Masculine Feminine
Singular E’ , L’, (El) La, L’
Plural I, J’ Al, Àgli
  1. E’ and La become l’ before a vowel.
  2. becomes j’ before a vowel.
  3. Al becomes agli before a vowel.
  4. Emilian dialects use either el or al for the masculine singular.
