A brilliant rose pink with white centers! California poppies are popular for their finely-cut fern-like foliage that stays fresh all season long! The plants like full sun, and are drought tolerant, and tolerant of poor soils. These plants are native to California, and also grows easily as an annual, even in cold zones.

Location: Full sun or part sun
Seeds per pack: 20
Germination: After the last chance of frost, plant these seed directly in the place where they are to grow. Lightly rake into the soil (not deeply) and keep moist until germination. Grow in a sunny location.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday. On Sunday I got a notice that my order had been shipped! The seeds were in my P.O. box on Friday. Such amazing service. It’s too early to comment on germination rates — I’ve just started the stratification process today.
