Career Overview (2017-present) | Career Stats (PDF)
VanLiew, who has notched 25 career double-doubles, enters her graduate season with 1,434 kills, which is 50 shy of breaking Amanda Carroll’s program record and ranks 10th in ASUN history. Her 3.70 digs per set ranks third in program history and 12th in conference annals. With 897 digs, she checks in ninth in FGCU history and needs 143 more points to break another one of Carroll’s program records. She is on pace to become the Green and Blue’s all-time leader in matches played, just 17 away from surpassing Maggie Rick. Historically, the outside hitter is looking to become the first in program history and the fifth in conference history to become a four-time First Team All-ASUN honoree. She can also join Rick as one of only two four-time all-conference selections. Furthermore, her seven ASUN player of the week selections is tied for third-most in conference history behind Carlyle Nusbaum (12) and Alex Kelly (8). Academically, the Indiana native is looking to become the first Eagle to be a four-time Academic All-ASUN selection. In the summer of 2020, VanLiew was selected to the ASUN's All-Decade Team (2010-19).
