Solon, OH December 17, 2015 - Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc. ("ADLT"), today announced that Robert Cizik, 84, has resigned as Director and member of the Finance and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors of ADLT effective December 14, 2015, after more than 10 years of service, for personal reasons. The Board has accepted such resignations.

The Board of Directors has named both President, Director and CFO Wayne Vespoli and President, Director and COO Sabu Krishnan to the Finance and Compensation Committees effective December 15, 2015. Mr. Christian Oberbeck will continue to serve as a director and member of the Finance and Compensation Committees.
