The QD Proofing System is the very first automated system that is fully portable and utility-free so it can be used wherever and whenever you need it.  Plus, the pressure-loaded system removes variations in operator loading pressure, allowing you to drawdown consistent proofs every time.

Here's how it works:

  1. Clip your substrate to the QD table.
  2. Position the roller-bearing, guided carriage at the START position.
  3. Load the proofing handle assembly in the quick alignment clamps.
  4. Add your ink between the anilox and doctor blade.
  5. Pull the proofing handle assembly along the guided track to make your drawdown.
