That's one fantastic image Lynn. I've been trying to pinpoint hardiness and while Oregon State University says z8, Todd Boland writes that they grow in Newfoundland and Labrador. If it grows on Newfoundland I'm going to give it a try.

Thank you Evan. I love this hebe. It has not bloomed for me, just has awesome foliage.
I know it has come through single digit temps for me. I think the main thing is to give it really good draining soil. That can really be a problem for us in the PNW. It has been here for about 5 years now. Everything I ready about zone hardiness says zone 8. It sure wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

Lynn, this actually appears to be a different Hebe (Veronica) It does not match any of the ones online which match the ones posted by bootsandall. The leaf shape and color is different.

I no longer have that plant. That is what it was labeled as when I purchased it. If you feel it is not correct, can you move it to a general Hebe entry?

I'm leaning towards the species V. albicans so will move it there.
