HEARTLEAF SKULLCAP

First comes beautiful foliage with a purple tinge, then in late spring through summer blue purple flower spikes put on a beautiful show. Heart Leaf Skullcap grows in full to part sun in average to dry situations and can spread slowly by rhizome and seeds. Pretty seed pods persist after flowering is finished. Native bees and butterflies enjoy the pollen and nectar.
