2017: Named La Salle Scholar-Athlete of the Year at Annual Athletics Banquet…Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area…All-ECAC First Team…Atlantic 10 First Team All-Conference...Anchored the defense, which tied a single-season program record with 13 shutouts and maintained a 0.76 goals-against average…Started 22 games after missing the season-opener due to injury as La Salle tied the program record for wins in a season with 17…Scored in a win at UMass (10/8)…Tallied three assists on the season, including game-winning helpers against Iona (8/24) and Dayton (9/28) as La Salle set a program record for goals scored with 48.

2016: Started all 18 games on the backline as a redshirt junior for the Explorers…Scored first career goal against Saint Joseph’s (10/9)… Played all 90 minutes in shutout wins over Temple (8/28) and George Mason (10/27)…Played all 106 minutes of a double overtime 1-0 win over Massachusetts (9/29)…Played 110 minutes in double OT shutouts at Davidson (10/2) and Saint Louis (10/23)…Took four shots on the year, landing two on target.
 
2015: Appeared in 21 games with 21 starts as an anchor on the defense...Helped La Salle post five shutouts, including three against A-10 opponents...Assisted game-tying goal in a 2-1 win on the road at James Madison (9/13)...Added an assist against Duquesne (11/1).

2014: Named to Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team….Atlantic 10 All-Rookie selection…Named a Primetime Performer by CollegeSoccer360 (10/23) after the Explorers shut out Dayton 1-0…Started all 22 games as a fixture on La Salle’s back line that allowed just three goals in A-10 play to help the Explorers go 8-0 in the league…Recorded first career assist in a win over George Mason (10/24)…Took six shots on the season…Named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2013: Utilized a redshirt during the 2013 season.

High School: Despite experiencing a season ending injury in the 2012, McDowell earned First Team All-League and First Team All-Southeastern Pennsylvania as a senior captain. A two-year captain for Council Rock South, McDowell boasts 55 goals and 28 assists during her tenure.
 
As a decorated captain in indoor and outdoor track, the Churchville, Pa. native twice earned First Team All-State honors in the 100 and 300 meter hurdle events, medaling three times at State Championships.
