Biography

2019 (SENIOR): Made 43 starts and played in 51 games...batted .259 for the season and had an OPS of .712...led the team in doubles (13) and tied for the team lead with three home runs...led the team with 17 extra-base hits...ranked fourth on the team with a .397 slugging percentage...tied a career-high with three hits against Sacramento State in the season finale...drove in a career-high four runs against Hawaii on March 15.  

2018 (JUNIOR): Made 48 starts and played in 53 games...batted .257...was fourth on the team with 47 hits...tied for team lead in doubles (12)...led the team with four triples...second on the team in home runs...led the team in RBI (33)...second on the team in slugging percentage...split time between catcher and designated hitter...opening-day starter as the designated hitter...got first career hit against UC Davis on February 17...hit first career home run at Portland on March 1...had three-hit games against Dartmouth on March 18, versus Sacramento State on April 20 and at Northern Colorado on May 11.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended San Joaquin Delta College from 2016-2017...As a sophomore for the Mustangs Koch hit .333 with four home runs and 34 RBI. He had a .474 slugging percentage and a .413 on base percentage for Delta who advanced to the CCCAA NorCal Sectional finals while posting a 36-11 record last season. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Lincoln HS in Stockton, Calif...hit .360 as a senior with 26 RBI and a .441 on-base-percentage.
