Received this Krimson in the mail today. I noticed this orangish brown stuff on back of the leaves. Is that normal?

My Krimson Princess Hoya looks like it’s sick with these white spots all over it and is starting to die 🥺 any advise would be greatly appreciate 🙏

My Hoya -- think it's a Crimson Princess -- is over two years old & looks great (seems very easygoing). But, I'm sure she might need to be repotted soon ?? And, will I get flowers or should I fertilize or something in Spring??
