Malus rockii ‘Royalty’

A small tree of spreading habit. This is the Malus with the darkest purple leaves which turn red in autumn. Deep red-purple flowers are borne in mid and late spring which are followed by dark red fruits. Deciduous.

Grow in moderately fertile, moist, but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. It will reach a height and spread of 5m in 10 years.
