Here’s How To Make My Everyday Lemony Lettuce and Feta Salad

It’s the perfect bed of lettuce.

Just add: chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, gyro, roasted chickpeas…

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large salad bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 

Next, thinly slice the romaine lettuce into shredded lettuce.

Place the lettuce in the bowl with the salad dressing.

Add the sliced green onions to the salad and toss everything together, massaging the dressing into the lettuce.

Top with cubes or crumbles of feta cheese. Best served fresh!

  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce
  • 4 scallions, diced white and green parts
  • 4 oz feta cheese, cut into cubes or crumbled

Instructions

  • In a large salad bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Next, thinly slice the romaine lettuce into shredded lettuce. Place the lettuce in the bowl with the salad dressing.
