"zum Ende kommen" is generally used to express "finish your story quickly" when a person is talking (or more generally "stop what you are currently doing as quickly as possible")
"zu Ende bringen" means "to finish a job/work/task"
The meaning is thus a little different.

thanks, but grammatically speaking, why we used zum and zu for the same noun "Ende"?
- German
"kommen zu + Dativ" should be obvious, right? nothing unexpected here I guess.
"zu Ende bringen" is probably a set expression, a remainder of a grammatical point that has been lost, or something like that. It is literally the equivalent to "to see sth. through (to the end)"
Obviously it should be "zum Ende bringen" in other sentences, for example
Ich habe ihn zum Ende der Strecke gebracht.
Think of it as an idiom (sorry, that's all I've got on that one)
