It's the same meaning. Just a different way to say it. For example
"On a daily basis, I work out at the gym."
"Everyday I go to the gym, to work out."
"You should eat breakfast on a daily basis."
"Everyday, you should eat breakfast."

Everyday is more used/correct. Every day can be correct but not commonly used.

"What's difference everyday and every day?" should be "What is the difference between everyday and every day?"

No, this is incorrect. There is a huge difference between everyday and every day.
Everyday (형용사) = happening or used every day (일상적이다), commonplace
Every day (부사) = each day; daily (매일)
일상적인 삶 = Everyday life.
And "What's difference everyday and every day?" should be corrected to "What is the difference between everyday and every day", not "What is the different ...". Different is an adjective and difference is a noun.
