- PMAY-Grameen (PMAY-G): The centrally funded housing scheme
- Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (BPGY): Odisha’s flagship programme that replaced the Mo Kodia Yojana when it was launched in 2014.
- Pucca Ghar Yojana(Mining) (PGY-M): Meant for all kutcha households residing in 691 mining-affected villages of eight districts in Odisha

Subsidy amount under rural housing scheme in Odisha
The state government offers eligible candidates financial assistance of up to Rs 1.30 lakh to construct homes spread over at least 25 square meter. Subsidy amount is capped at Ra 1.20 lakh for cities that are not part of the Integrated Action Plan.
Funds are released in four instalments through direct funds transfer mode to the beneficiary’s account from the nodal state account in following manner:

How to check new beneficiary list online on RHOdisha in 2021?
To check the new list of beneficiaries, go to the home page of the RHOdiha portal, and click on the ‘ମୋ ଘର’ (my home) tap as shown in the image below.
On the page that now appears, a map of the state would be visible which will show you the exact number of beneficiaries who have been awarded a pucca house in a particular city of Odisha.
When you scroll down on this page, you will be able to see the names of beneficiaries whose houses have been built with government grant. To find out how many people have benefitted from RHOdisha schemes in a particular village, you can fill in details like the district, the block, the panchayat, and the village, and find out the names of all beneficiaries in that area.

How to check you name in RHOdisha beneficiary list in 2021?
On the Home page of the RHOdisha website, click on the ‘ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା କାର୍ଡଧାରୀ’ option.
The page that now appears will ask for select your district, block, panchayat, village and category (SC, ST, etc.). Once you fill all the details, hit the search button and the page will display the names of new beneficiaries. The list will mention the names of the beneficiaries as ‘newly identified’ ones.
