  3. Pucca Ghar Yojana(Mining) (PGY-M): Meant for all kutcha households residing in 691 mining-affected villages of eight districts in Odisha

Subsidy amount under rural housing scheme in Odisha

The state government offers eligible candidates financial assistance of up to Rs 1.30 lakh to construct homes spread over at least 25 square meter. Subsidy amount is capped at Ra 1.20 lakh for cities that are not part of the Integrated Action Plan.

Funds are released in four instalments through direct funds transfer mode to the beneficiary’s account from the nodal state account in following manner:
