Find Smoosh’s Ice Cream-Filled Cookies in Katy in Time for Summer

Katy will soon have a Smoosh to call its own. The popular Houston food truck-turned-stand-alone ice cream shop is opening a new location in Katy, serving up customizable ice cream sandwiches. Smoosh opened its permanent outpost at Lowell Street Market this past September, and it’s already expanding with new storefronts.

“Get ready Katy, TX - Cinco Ranch,” the company posted on Instagram. “You spoke, we heard! We are coming for you this summer.”

The Southpark at Cinco Ranch development in Katy at 9550 Spring Green Boulevard is showing a 1,500-square-foot location for Smoosh Cookies on its map at Suite 406.

Smoosh allows customers to create their own ice cream cookie sandwiches, choosing from cookies like classic chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, ice cream flavors like coffee or banana nut, and then toppings like Fruity Pebbles or M&M’s. Besides Katy, the company is also expanding to Hoover, Alabama, per its website.
