Our Q4 and FY23 results are out and underscore that SAP has reached the next level with Total Cloud Backlog growing at 39% to €44 billion euros ☁️ The transformation program we’re announcing today will shift additional investments to Business AI – in line with the significant growth potential we see for SAP. Over the next 2 years, SAP will invest almost €1 billion euros to develop powerful AI use cases for our customers 💡 Our transformation program will also have a restructuring component that focuses on reskilling and voluntary exits - by no means an easy decision. However we believe it is the right next step for us. We are setting up SAP for a strong, competitive future that all our stakeholders, including our people, will benefit from 💪🏻

🌱 Sustainability a team sport at the highest level that demands collaboration to truly be effective 👫 Coming out of #COP28, it is clear that collaborative, action-oriented partnerships are essential to driving our efforts to create a greener future, as highlighted by Sophia Leonora Mendelsohn.   In the last year, we saw the transition ➡️ from “why” sustainability matters to “how” we can act on our net-zero commitments.  To truly act on our Scope 3 emissions for which ~80% of our emissions fall, we have to maintain collaboration across the value chain in sharing emissions data based on actuals instead of estimates 🔎   Proud to see SAP at the forefront of making this possible with solutions like SAP Sustainability Data Exchange and our close partnership with WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development to create a harmonized data exchange system 🔄    Only better 🤝🏻 together! https://lnkd.in/esnuVfEM
