Fans will be disappointed to hear that there is no more unreleased music from the late New York rapper Pop Smoke. Since his death, his estate has been releasing his music posthumously, but according to Rico Beats, there is nothing left in the vault.

In a back-and-forth conversation on social media this past weekend, Rico wrote back to someone who asked about the future of Pop Smoke’s musck. Rico answered, “Who said he had music left. What else ya want pop died 3 years ago how much music ya think he did in one year? Y’all gotta be real.” He also claimed that it would have been likely that Pop would not have approved any of the music released after his death, “If pop was a live he would not approved of 99 percent of the stuff they put out.”

Since his death in 2020, his estate released two albums, dropping his studio album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon, just a few months after his murder. 50 Cent had executive produced the project. A year later, his second and final studio album titled Faith was also released, featuring star-studded features including Kanye West, Pusha T, Rick Ross, 42 Dugg, 21 Savage, The Neptunes, Bizzy Banks, Takeoff, Lil Tjay, Swae Lee, Future, Chris Brown, Dua Lipa, Pharrell, Kid Cudi, Quavo, Quavo, Lil Baby, DaBaby, Swae Lee, Future, and Kodak Black, among others. Following Faith, Mike Dee, his friend, confirmed that the estate had used almost all of Pop’s catalog to release the album.
