    Description
    Climbing shrubs; branchlets pubescent. Leaves 3-7 x 2-3.5 cm, ovate, mucronate at tip, 3-5 nerved; petioles 1.5-2.5 cm, hairy. Racemes axillary, flowers white, pubescent, male flowers - in the axils of subulate bracts; outer sepals smaller, linear, inner obovate; petals white, auricled and embracing the filaments; stamens free, filaments incurved, pistillodes 3, female flowers - staminodes 6; carpels 3. Drupe 7 x 6 mm, reniform, endocarp smooth.
