It takes far more than a “FOR SALE” sign on the front lawn to attract qualified buyers. Today’s market conditions require that sellers work to gain a viable edge over the competition. To best accomplish this, sellers should enlist the services of a knowledgeable agent who knows how to price and market a home aggressively. Aside from signage and open houses, experienced agents know that professional photography helps fully convey the details that buyers have come to expect from still images and virtual tours of properties that interest them. Once prospective buyers are presented with a realistic price that gets them in the door, a staged home that stands out from the rest helps seal the deal. Effectively marketing a property involves proper preparation. Determining the highest, most realistic asking price, effective staging, and a professional presentation are a few things that RE/MAX PREMIER PROPERTIES will help you to achieve. We have assisted many sellers from your community to successfully market their homes. To schedule an initial consultation at our conveniently located at 800 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington, or 315-B Milwaukee Ave., Waterford, office, contact us today.

AS AN ADDED BONUS FOR WORKING WITH US, YOU CAN USE OUR RE/MAX MOVING TRUCK AT NO CHARGE. ASK US FOR DETAILS!
