- Our plants are grown outside in all weather elements (no hot houses) so some plants will have markings
- Due to our humid environment, we routinely spray our plants with an antifungal. Sometimes this residual may be present on some of our plants when posting, however it usually washes off between watering and rain showers and does not affect the plant

SHIPPING
- $16 flat rate shipping
- FREE SHIPPING when you spend $120 or more
- We ship all orders via EXPRESS post every Monday. Payments need to be made by 11:59pm the Friday prior for orders to be sent the following Monday. If payment is made after 11:59pm on the Friday, the order will not be sent until the following Monday.
- Orders are only accepted within Australia and to the following states: New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Victoria (VIC) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Unfortunately due to state and territory quarantine regulations, orders can not be sent to the Northern Territory (NT), Western Australia (WA) or Tasmania (TAS).
- Please note that if our nursery has received a considerable amount of rainfall during the time of your purchase, we may need to allow an extra week for plants to dry out thoroughly for shipping.
- We only post plants on Mondays so in the event that a public holiday falls on a Monday, we will ship plants the following Monday to avoid the possibility of plants sitting in an Australian Post facility over the weekend
- All plants are sent bare-rooted.
RETURNS
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with your plants. A refund will be given when you return your order, either in full for the entire order or partial for individual plants. Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
