Jessica White’s Fantastic SI Swimsuit Body Paint in Grenada Was a Work of Art

Jessica White first appeared in the SI Swimsuit Issue in 2003. Throughout her time with the publication, White appeared in eight SI Swimsuit Issues for a total of 12 features.

While one of our favorite of White’s photo shoots was the model’s rainy spread in the Philippines, she also participated in three exquisite body painting features throughout her tenure with the brand.

The model shared a flashback from her 2009 feature with photographer Rennio Maifredi and body paint artist Joanne Gair on Instagram on March 24. White’s body was artfully covered in hand-painted colorful mosaic tiles.

“Jessica white X @si_swimsuit Body paint by @joannegair,” White wrote in the caption of the post she shared with her 256,000 followers.

Plenty of the 38-year-old model’s followers were thrilled with the throwback and piped in to the comments section to share their thoughts.

“😍 The original,” one person wrote.

“The ICON. 😍,” someone else added.

“Face 🔥 Body 🔥 you’re such a stunner 😍😍😍,” another individual gushed.

White has called the feature “the most intricate” photo shoot she’s ever done.

In addition to SI Swimsuit, White has also has worked with notable brands like Victoria’s Secret, Maybelline and CoverGirl. She’s also served as a guest judge on America’s Next Top Model.
