Abstract
Chapter is based up the experience of Yu. R. Zjuzja and V.A. Zinserling in the clinical (surgical) pathology and presents the key changes allowing differential diagnostics of tuberculosis (in immunocompetent individuals and associated with HIV infection), mycobacteriosis caused by nontuberculous mycobacteria, sarcoidosis, necrotizing sarcoid granulomatosis, hypersensitive pneumonitis (exogenous allergic alveolitis), mycotic lesions, actinomycosis, tularemia, granulomatosis of chlamydial and mycoplasma etiology, bronchocentric granulomatosis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (formerly Wegener’s granulomatosis), histiocytosis X, rheumatoid damage, helminthiasis, and granulomatous inflammation of foreign bodies. The text includes, illustrated by 92 original images from own practice.
