Abstract

The authors report the case of a 9-month-old baby with perianal dermatitis, extending up to the coccygeal region. The lesions were exudative with not exactly defined limits. There were some satellite papular elements. Other lesions (pustular, erythematous and exudative lesions) were evident on the right of the neck and on the abdominal region. The perianal dermatitis, such as dermatitis of the neck and trunk, was resolved after oral antibiotic therapy.
