Abstract
Carapace markedly broader than long, ovate, posterior surface slightly uneven, regions weakly defined. Front broad, with four small tubercles. Eyestalks short, about one third of frontal margin. Third maxillipeds with quadrate-shaped merus, completely covering buccal cavern. Chelipeds unequal, movable finger of larger chelipeds with backwardly curved tooth on proximal part of cutting edge; fingers of smaller cheliped markedly slender. Walking legs relatively small-sized, without setae. Abdomen of males and females with free-moving somites. G1 stout, relatively straight; G2 narrow, longer than G1. Genital opening of males coxal, genital opening of females sternal.
