Railbird Festival 2020 Lineup

As promised, Railbird Music Festival dropped the lineup for the festival’s second year. If you have been following us – then you might have heard about Railbird before. We headed down to Lexington, KY last year for the first ever Railbird and had a fantastic time.

Railbird takes place on the beautifully manicured grounds of Keeneland. If you aren’t into horse racing (also Top Chef) or from Kentucky, you may not have heard about this beautiful place, but it is time to fix that. Keeneland is more than a race track, the complex features beautiful facilities and a horse racing track. It is also a national historic landmark, featuring shops and displays focused on preserving the history of horse racing. During the festival, the site hosts special tours and culinary events for both festival goers and the general public.

Entering the grounds to park it became clear right away that this festival had crowd moving and parking well under control – especially impressive for a first year festival. The venue is used to hosting large horse racing events, and the parking staff showed that experience. It was probably less than five minutes from pulling in to my parking spot.

The festival offered a ton of great food and beverage options (especially bourbon) and we spent a lot of time writing about how great the music was that weekend. For more details check out our 2019 recap post here.

But enough about last year! Because the 2020 lineup is here and it is looking fantastic.

Railbird Lineup 2020

The lineup once again looks like a great mix of Americana, rock and more. We are especially excited about The War and Treaty, City and Colour and Young the Giant. So many more! Let us know who you can’t wait to see.

We will definitely be back to talk all things Railbird. But in the meantime, remember that tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am Est. You can find more info and buy tickets at the official site.
