      Furniture is stupid expensive everywhere BUT here!!
      I called looking just for a dresser and being out of work I needed something solid but inexpensive. After talking to one of the excellent sales reps about different options I drove over to see what my choices would be.
      The display rooms were absolutely gorgeous and they give you so many options to buy entire rooms, AFFORDABLE!!!!
      The dresser I purchased initially was $250 but after finding one that was open or returned with zero scratches the cost ended up $120. SOLD!!!
      The two super kind sales reps also loaded it in my car for me and asked me to come back for more! Deals definitely would be made

      We came in to find furniture for a family whose house we are rehabbing after Harvey. The rep we worked with (forgot his name) was helpful, and also very understanding with what we were trying to do.

      He showed us furniture taken in from rental, with several options for home basics - Queen sized bed, dresser, couch, chair, kitchen set... He gave us pro's and con's for different furniture, as well as with design. A good match of sales and listening to what we needed! He also helped us out with price because of what we were doing, and what we bought for the family who lost all they had was a great value for our budget! The homeowners both shed tears when they saw what we had delivered!

      The quality is mostly middle to basic, and the condition varied from well used to nearly new. Watch which pieces you want, and you'll most likely do well by this location.

      As someone who is leasing her first apartment, I can tell you that this place is the place to go! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Jason Clarke. He asked me how/if he could help me and if I would like a bottle of water or a soft drink while I browse.

      The store is going through a remodel right now, but that didn't matter. They had plenty out of the floor for you to try out. I personally was looking for a mattress. Jason showed me the different kinds they offered and encouraged me to really try it out. I became interested in some of the other things they sell in there and Jason left me browse peacefully and on my own time.

      Once I had finished browsing, I told Jason that I wanted to run by another store to check out their deals and by no means did he try to persuade me not to. He politely handed me his business card and told me he hopes to see me again soon.

      The other store I went to was trash -- so I hurried back to CORT quick, fast, and in a hurry. I asked for Jason and he promptly came to the front to assist me. I told him which mattress I wanted, he scanned it, and took the show from there.

      I highly recommend this store. The prices are wonderful and the customer service is amazing. I'll definitely be a life-long customer.

      The worst place ever to rent . My office rented furniture for me on a transfer for a corp apt for 90 days . Furniture came in old and dirty. I complained they said was only furniture that that had. At the end of 90 days they picked up furniture and tried to bill me for damages. I complained all the way up thru regional
      Managers and to corp office NOT one persons would call me back . I went to location demanded to see the damages. They told me they could not find the actual furniture. Then they tried to put on credit till was contested. I and my company will NEVER do business with this company again and I STRONGLY advise you do the same.

      I am SO glad I came here today. My anxiety towards shopping for furniture for my first apartment was so immense that I'd been on an air mattress for two weeks. Finally, I gave in to at least start looking , after researching prices. CORT was my first and only stop! Albert was very polite and understood my budget. He offered me a deal since I was getting an entire bedroom set , mattress included. My bedroom set was far cheaper than I thought and it looks so so good! The Delivery fee , $75, was reasonable also. My furniture was delivered 3 hours after purchase. :) I'll be back to furnish my living room in a couple of months , no other place I'd rather look at than CORT!

      I got all my furniture at Cort and it was perfect! The whole experience was almost too easy... Especially compared to my overwhelming trip to Ikea, being ignored by Modani (they simply stopped returning my emails and calls once I approved the quote, that had an additional Yelp discount), and walking around in super expensive furniture stores. I think it took me less than an hour to get all my furniture at Cort! Great quality pieces, looking great even through its used, GREAT prices, decent delivery fee (less than the other stores), everything was assembled when they delivered the day after I bough it! I wish I had gone there earlier! Only "problem" is they dont have many options, but still, worth at least checking out! Totally recommend it.

      My experience with Cort Furniture has been a nightmare from start to finish.

      My parents home was flooded in the Memorial Day flood and are staying in an apartment while their home is being fixed. They found a Cort pamphlet within the leasing office, and decided it may be a good route for them since they were going to have to replace the furniture for their home at a later time, but they were wrong.

      Cort shows their pricing options for three different tiers: "Easy and affordable," "Uncompromising style," and "A Higher Standard." What we were not aware of was the cost varies depending upon whether you choose to have a 6 month contract or a 12 month contract. What we thought we would be charged for a 6 month contract, we were actually being charged almost a $300 difference per month, just for choosing 6 months over 12 months.

      Now, mind you, we had no computer in the home at the time, considering it was going under remediation. We placed our order over the phone and specifically requested for furniture that was appropriate and comfortable for my elderly father, as he has back and knee problems, which I did not think was too much to ask because after all, they would be stuck with this furniture. The furniture that was delivered to us was modern and eclectic, which may have been good for someone my age, but not for my father. All of the living room furniture was extremely low, box like, and uncomfortable, but of course, to exchange it, it would cost them a pick up fee and delivery fee to drop off a new set.

      They charge you immediately $150 for a delivery fee, as well as for not having renter's insurance, BUT my parents DID have renter's insurance! The problem is Cort did not inform them of that charge nor did they ask them if they had renter's insurance. Every invoice we have received has been for a different amount. Not one has been alike, and when it came down to requesting refunds for having renter's insurance, it was not reflected properly. When I try to get a hold of someone at Cort, I have had to wait for a call back or for them to get a hold of their manager. I have been promised to be called back the same day, and two weeks later, have had to call back myself. When we tried to contact the store directly, the sales associate, Danielle, was incredibly rude and impossible to speak to. Where is the customer service?

      My parents have had to stay in their apartment for longer than they have expected, but I can guarantee you they will not be extending their contract with Cort.

      I went there today, about 20 minutes before they closed and was welcomed with such ease by a lovely lady who also introduced me to her coworker Luis. Luis took time and showed me around, answering all my questions as well as inquiring about what i was looking for. Found a great living room set for a great price! The whole transaction was easy and non-stressful. Will be back soon for more stuff :)
