Domino's Pizza

Despite all the negative reviews I've seen on here and google I still decided to try this dominos. surpassed my expectations! I placed a order ahead of time for 10:45 expecting my pizza to arrive late (just in time for my lunch) and the pizza actually arrived 10 minutes early. still hot and not a single topping missing. tasted exactly how a dominos pizza should taste. Gina my delivery driver was very nice to me. 10/10 would order from here again, keep it up!

If I could give zero stars I would. Have had multiple issues with this place, it took 6 phone calls before they answered the phone, food was delivered to the wrong house, not once BUT TWICE. I do not recommend this place at all!! At least the lady who finally answered the phone was nice about giving me my money back

Garbage pizza place. Never delivered our pizza, never even picked up the phone to give a refund! Go literally ANYWHERE else

This is a very bullshit store,that repeatly gets your order, wrong.
I have repeatedly had to call the Corporate office of Domino's, to get my order corrected. This Domino's has very bad customer service, even though there are a couple of great employees working there.
This is such a getto, business, that should be closed down.
I would recommend that people stop using this Domino's, located at 3948 Western Blvd.
Take your business, elsewhere.
When a person,choose to spend their money,at a place of business, they should be given respect,which is not given,at this Domino's!!!

I placed a large order two days in advance for a big event that I was hosting. I prepaid and had the delivery time set to 11:45. The delivery never came. I made multiple calls and was put on hold. Eventually the pizza came at 12:35 when the event was over. The pizza was cold. I was willing to let it all go to have peace and not stress any more.

But later that evening they called me up two times at 6pm telling me that they never charged the card I paid online with and I need to give them information again. I told them I needed to check my card to make sure that I'm not charged twice because I had a receipt emailed to me saying that I paid. They yelled at me and said they don't trust that I am not gonna pay?? All I want to do is check my card since I had already received the recipes for payment. So much stress when I wanted was a peaceful and successful event.

Absolute terrible customer service. Very upset with how they handled the situation. Refused to deliver our pizza and continuously told us it "was not her problem".

If you like cold pizza that takes an hour to be delivered, you're going to love this place!

I only live about 3 miles from the store. It literally took an hour. They arrived cold. I called back to complain, so they remade them. After another 45 minutes, they delivered.....more cold pizzas!! At least they are consistent!
So yeah, if you are in no rush at all and you actually like cold pizza, this might be the place for you. If you are like most people who like hot food in a timely fashion, you WILL be disappointed if you order from here. They just don't have the ability to do the one thing they are supposed to do.
Next time I want a pizza, I'll walk 3 miles to the Food Lion that's next door to them, buy any frozen pizza that they have, walk back home, cook it myself, and I'll bet that be faster and taste better than ordering anything from this dump. Good luck!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A GLUTEN ALLERGY. ordered a GF pizza, received a thin crust pizza and realized when i bit into it that it was wrong. called the store and the manager said "i made that one and switched it to a thin crust because we were out." he did not seem to give a shit at all that he could've sent me to the hospital. the management here doesn't care at all about their customers. go somewhere else.

You guys rock! Your pizza was practically a food group when I was working on my 3rd degree! Your specials and fast service are unmatched! And the Alexa enabled app seals the deal! I will see you soon!

This domino's pizza is totally and utterly incompetent. My colleague asked for a pizza wiThout cheese and but yall gave us a pizza wiTH cheese. i will not be ordering from you any more.
