ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Was so hungry tn after got off work, me and friends sat down to enjoy the bachelor and ordered pizza. It took 2 whole hours for it to be delivered. I went out side to check and there was no pizza or driver to be found. Walked up and down block searching for my pizza. Still so hungry.

I order here pretty frequently for delivery and pickup and am always happy with my pizza, everyone is nice and the pizza has been on time. I know nowhere is perfect but I don't think the reviews on here represent how they operate most of the time. Seems like they're running pretty smoothly now

Terrible lmao. I placed a order for 2 large 2 topping pizzas, waited a hour before calling, was on hold for like 15 minutes, and on the website there's not even a button to cancel??? So I'm scammed out of my money and idk if I'll even get the food I paid for. Don't order from here.

I've had many problems here, idk why I keep trying. Orders have just never arrived even though I've been charged etc...
This time the app doesn't work. I call and order and ask if I can use the coupon available on the app, dude says no, "good luck." The whole reason I considered ordering in the first place is because of the coupon.

Poor management. My order tracking was not updated when the delivery biker left the store so I had no way of knowing when my pizza would arrive. Upon calling and asking this location the manager Samantha told me it was only her and the delivery biker there that day and he didn't have a phone or a way to be contacted once he left the store, she was not able to offer any explanation as to why they have a delivery person scheduled who does not have a phone or why he was not provided with one for company use upon finding out he did not have his own. Samantha told us if we were not at the door when the biker arrived he would just return to the store with my order. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHEN HE ARRIVED IF HE IS UNREACHABLE BY PHONE AND IS UNABLE TO CONTACT VIA PHONE??? At this point I was frustrated because the manger seemed fine with their system and was giving no concession that they were at fault. At this point I was ready to order from a different location completely. The biker ended up returning to the store with my order when I was not out front when he arrived... again how would I know when he arrived. I then drove to the location to pickup my order which they gave me for free saying they had remade it. But they gave me the wrong order! Samantha was also very unprofessional when I arrived telling me the biker had his feelings hurt by my frustration and felt embarrassed that he didn't have a phone, this information is irrelevant to me and goes back again to management needing to hire competent workers who have the resources to do the job, or provide them said resources.

The most aggressively average fast food restaurant of all time. Orders are fairly nice fast-food pizza when right, but are wrong or shaken up in the box half the time. Staff has always been polite to me on the phone, but ordering from this place is usually a mess between taking an additional hour to arrive/sending wrong information/messing up the order. I suspect this is more an issue with Domino's central software than this particular restaurant because their "tracker" is a master class in how to not design your system. But in all fairness I can only base a review off the service I have received which is poor-to-middling. This is a great place to order from if your flight got cancelled and you're staying in an airport hotel for the night and want to cheer up your two small children. In which case, get the lava cakes!!!

Late on a Friday night we placed an order for delivery. We were told through the App Tracker that the order was received and was being made by Rebecca. My card was charged. And so we waited. And waited. And then checked the tracker to find that our order had been canceled. No call. No email. Just canceled with no explanation. Conveniently the charge on my card was not.
We did not order from another location or pizza place at the time, because we were expecting our initial order. By the time we found out it had been canceled, everything else was closed. We attempted to use the brand new Delivery Insurance, however, if you never receive your order, it doesn't work. Clever that. All you are able to do is send encouragement? Encouragement like, "Please make our pizza and deliver it" was not available. Neither was, "Hey, don't steal my money please."

Probably the most reliable location for a chain ive ever ordered from? I usally use the app to order for pickup, and every time the order is ready, and correct. My kid loves their pizza so we order a bit.
