Yuck! Is all I can say!! WHY PUT A DESCRIPTION OF GRILLED CHICKEN FOR YOUR SALAD if you're going to put nasty old lunch meat on it and charge $10.
I was starving...this salad is disgusting! Definitely not what I paid for!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 12, 2021
Another good place for some lunch with a few healthier choices. Espression Cafe is a small place that actually has a big menu. It doesn't seem like they could possibly have that much interesting stuff. Good things for people with various diets. There's a few things for vegans and vegetarians.
I came in with the girl soon after they opened in the late morning getting something to eat. It was good timing and there were plenty of places to sit. This place is pretty small and it can get packed if you're here at a later time. It basically is like a cafe but you order at the counter. The menu has basic things like burgers and salads. It also has a Vegan Burger. It's $7.50 and comes with a few toppings like ketchup and lettuce. This kind of takes a long time to make. Both of us got it and liked it. The rest of the menu also looks interesting and there's a few more choices for vegetarians to get like a salad.
Has a pretty good location downtown. It generally is pretty safe in this area although there's always some sketchy people. The food is good for those who work downtown and looking for somewhere close to go to for a burger, salad, or something.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0 - Jun 14, 2022
On my latestest jury dury lunch break I checked out Espression Cafe. I knew they had a pulled pork panini. That is what I had planned on ordering. But after standing in line for a few minutes and taking that time to look at the menu, I decided to get a swiss and mushroom burger. $9.50 for a double patty burger with all the good stuff. Fries would have been separate had I ordered them. I stuck with just the burger.
The cafe was very busy today. Literally a line out the door. So it took a little while for my food to come up. As I described to somebodt else, it took more than 5 minutes but maybe less than 10. When it was ready I took it to a counter on the window to free up tables for groups. That gave me a moment to inventory the components. 2 beef patties, lettuce, tomato, pickles and of course the mushrooms and swiss cheese.
It was a sizeable burger. I was satisfied eating it even without the fries. It was a hot a juicy burger with some of my favorite toppings. Here's looking at you, mushrooms. I don't think I will be coming back to the part of down much more so I can't say that I will be trying Espression again. But if I do happen to be in the area I would be happy to stop by and try maybe the pulled pork sandwich that was the draw in the first place. I'd also be happy to eat that burger again.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 19, 2021
We stopped in for lunch today. This was our first time. But it won't be our last. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger special with french fries and a drink and I had the chicken Parmesan Panini special with chips and a drink.
My wife said her cheeseburger and french fries were the best she'd had in years. I had a bite and her cheeseburger was juicy and tasty. The fries were super crispy and yummy. The reason I'm knocking a star off of the review is because my chicken Parm Panini was pretty dry. Next time I order one here, I'll be sure to ask for some extra sauce on the side.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Khalesah C.North Las Vegas, NV5211Dec 6, 2022
Definitely not worth the price. I got a Large drink. It was 90% ice and 10% drink. I paid for ice. The Feta wrap had 2 tiny slices of bacon and was mostly spinach as a filler; it also had too much dressing on it. Would not recommend if you're looking for quality that matches the price.

Expressions Cafe
Las Vegas, NV
Hazelnut Milkshake
Price: $5 This is a normal price, especially for a flavor I've never tasted.
Taste: Hazelnut is a flavor more establishments should consider. From the first sip I was taken aback.
Consistency: I didn't think I would enjoy it this loose, but it wasn't that bad. Could still be a bit thicker.
Appearance: Nothing out of the ordinary, but it was neatly put together.
Quality of Service: The gentleman working the front was very kind and patient. He took my order with no problem and let me know that 9am is never too early for milkshakes! This is a nice one-of-a-kind breakfast spot located near Old Vegas with reasonable prices you can't find in or near the casinos.

Delicious, freshly prepared, very tasty food! Highly recommended!!! Can I add more stars... we'll okay then max 5 stars.
Every year we come back to Las Vegas we get the lunch from Espression Cafe. Online ordering process is great and easy to use. It even shows when your goodies will be delivered.
Great for large groups! Order it and enjoy many wonderful meals. We tried salads, burgers, wraps and omelets - they are all finger licking good.
The fries OMG are crispy deliciousness in your mouth. Get a combo meal and a pile of fries will be included.
PS
Message to the staff and chef:
Thank you for messaging and asking about substitute dressing. Thank you for calling upon arrival to my place. Thank you for asking me if I need lunch (before you close)!!
This is above and beyond and this is how you get a customer for life. Wish I lived closer (although it may be worth a 1400 miles drive ;).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pablo L.Mercedes, TX09Jun 22, 2022
Found this place on Yelp when i was staying downtown for a few days. Its right down the street from Fremont so it is convenient yet also feels local and not touristy. Had the omelette and hash browns along with a latte and everything was amazing!
I was there right as they opened so there was no wait and plenty of tables. Highly recommended if you like big breakfasts!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Seth B.Jean, NV252Jun 13, 2022
A café, the menu of which is substantially comprised of breakfast items, which refuses to poach eggs.
