Just sitting in the waiting area seemed very unprofessional.. the receptionist was listening to Rap music fairly loud. Loud enough for the patients to hear the curse words.

This place is terrible. I went for blood work last week and no one has called to updated me for over a week. They sent in a prescription without even telling me what was wrong... which according to them is nothing until they run some more tests. They put me on hold for 10 mins every time. It's ridiculous and not good healthcare. I went to see Megan since she was recommended and she was good at the time but the follow through hasn't been good. So I'm left with no answers and no one to talk to to figure out the problem.

Went in starting in January for an issue with my knee. Their answer was cortisone shots and PT. When I got injured worse doing PT and had to stop, their answer was scheduling an MRI. After losing the referral not once, but twice between St Thomas and themselves, my insurance rejected it due to taking to much time for initial visit. Now I have to start the process all over with a torn MCL. I would not recommend their service to my worst enemy.

Would give a zero star if I could, Had an appointment for my son to get RSV tested at 1:24pm which is about maybe 10mins for the doctor to check him for that. Got there early as usual waited an additional 45mins to get to first spot in line even though the time for our appointment was 1:24pm then there system took him out of first spot in line from either a glitch or their horrid receptionist at about 2pm then the receptionist tells us we're going to have to wait till the last person in line is seen even though he was up first for about an hour. They also let certain people completely skip the line and not wait which that happened about three times in the hour and a half we waited people just going in and not on the wait board. This place is very unprofessional and always lies on their appointment times I highly recommend not going here if your a person who likes appointments to be timely and professional. This is not the first time this has happened going there I've waited up to 2hrs after my appointment before and still didn't get seen. Myself and my family will not be going to this clinic anymore.

Terrible experience. When I left their office, after 2 or more hours, I realized I had not received any resolution for my health issues. Flu symptoms with a horrible cough. I ask for a simple RX for cough syrup with codeine and was informed no one in their staff could write a prescription for a controlled substance. I don't believe I saw a Nurse Practitioner and obviously they did not have a Nurse Practitioner on staff. I do not recommend this urgent care!!

Terrible place to go when you feel sick. I came here BEFORE the pandemic late Feb. 2020 with a upper respitory infection ( which I found out the next day because fast pace doesn't wanna do their job and I had to go to another clinic that would ) .. I was told by the doctor that " viruses are going around " and was asked " why did you come in? Can you not sleep good " all she gave me was cough syrup so I could go to sleep

Absolute worst place to go if you need anything health related. These people are beyond slow and there is always at least a 2 hour wait. They get attitudes when you say you have an appointment and respond with "it's a reservation". Terrible service.

Friendly staff, they have a good system for handling the demands of COVID testing. On the day I went they were super-busy because of a local phone system outage that had impacted the other test providers in the area. They were up front about the expected delay and the nurse and nurse practitioner were very professional and efficient. Fast Pace in this location is a good place to go when you need some medical help now.
