Went in last night expecting a romantic evening with my girlfriend. We ordered 2 drinks and asked for a double on each drink since we were celebrating a special occasion.
The drinks came and tasted like syrup! We sat upstairs and not sure who made the drinks. We told the waitress we were not happy with the drinks. She said, "oh I'm sorry, can I take your order!
We politely said no, we will take our check. Never did she ask can she re make the drinks or compensate us in anyway. I was not looking for something for free. Well, we paid the 50.00 and left. Luckily we did! We walked around the corner to a wing place (Wing Addiction) that was not in the same league as the restaurant as far as atmosphere. What we got were the best wings ever and service to match! The Italian restaurant needs to recruit their employees from Wing Addiction or at least a page from their handbook on customer relations!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Gordon S.San Francisco, CA061Apr 23, 2024

WATCH OUT FOR THESE 2 EMPLOYEES AT THIS PLACE!!
These are the faces of 2 weird employees taking photos of people inside of this place a few days ago. Not only did they take photos without any permission, they decided to make fun of the pictures infront of those people. If you see these 2, please be prepared for humiliation. They need better employees. Fresco do better. A lot of bad reviews in this place already as i can tell from other reviews. The food choices are limited and mid compare to their prices.

You can always tell the quality of a place by their clientele, I should have made an about face and marched out the door as soon as I saw who was sitting at the bar... it got worse from there.
This was once an upscale spot with lots of potential, now their only potential is for Chapter 11. Terrible menu, 3 salads made of field greens, no Caesar, they serve baked potatoes with little packs of sour cream and individual butter servings, and the ribeye was one of the worst I've ever had, impossible to chew and kudos to the manager for erasing that from the bill. That is the reason for the 2nd star.
On the flip side, the wine list is absurd, for an Italian steakhouse they have more Reisling/Moscato/Rose than they do Pinot or Chardonnay. I opted for their premium Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc, it was the worst SB I've ever tasted, they were out of other options. But the capper was serving me 9 month old "Port." This bottle should have been disposed of in December 2022, but now I've got the manager proudly pouring me a glass into a brandy snifter...and no, I didn't drink any, it looked like 40 weight motor oil. So farewell Fresco Italiano, I knew I should have gone to Taco Bell.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - OutsideTheBoxEvents M.Houston, TX02249Oct 11, 2023
We love the food and service here for lunch and dinner. Saturday brunch is great too but the menu is different. I prefer the regular menu due to the fried ravioli option. However, any time is great. Food is always fresh and great portions. This is one of me and my sons favorite spots. The drinks are pretty pricey, but made very well. If dinning on a Saturday and have others to share with, I would get the carafe for mimosa options VS just one. One mimosa is $13. Also make sure to make reservations as early as you know you want to go. I've heard others say who haven't had reservations to attempt to walk in and they were not able to due to being filled to capacity. And it's a very unique location and size. Enjoy.

This was our New Year's Eve dinner during our road trip. I made reservations because I was worried about it getting too busy. We arrived 30 min early and were seated immediately. It really started to fill up as we were leaving.
I had Chicken Piccata and husband had Involtini which is chicken stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese. Both of our meals were good but we could have used a titch more chicken. My piccata had a ton of sauce and could have used a little less of that.
I chose brussel sprouts for my side. Not the biggest fan. They didn't taste as fresh as I was hoping. Husband had a baked potato which was good.
I don't know if this was typical or a special for New Year's Eve, but they had a musician playing electric violin. He was GREAT. It was such a nice touch and a pleasing way to experience dinner. Happy New Year!Helpful 0Thanks 2Love this 2Oh no 0 - Natalie M.Fayetteville, GA02710Apr 2, 2023

The food has a great taste. The restarunt is high prices. They don't give you enough to eat. The restarunt is keen inside. They serve do alcohol. They need more waitresses/waiters.

Service was very good.. bread ok.. but the entrees not so much .. unless you Love cheese. Hard to find the eggplant under the thick layer of cheese. Chicken parm very tender but again, shame it was hard to enjoy with an inch of cheese.
