Holland's Custom Cabinets

Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. They do what they say and then some! They were well worth their price in gold! My kitchen went from drab to fab because of Hollands. My rep was Randy and I seriously cannot say enough great things about him. He REALLY, TRUELY knows what customer service means. I am very pleased that I used them for my projects around the house! I HIGHLY recommend!

The cabinets are beautiful. Ty (our "handler") did a great job of not only helping with the cabinet style and color...but from the start made suggestions about our layout that improved the final product 100% - he found us a lot of "extra space" that we did not see ourselves. We could not be happier. Our intent was to never remodel again, so top of the line was what we wanted, and Hollands delivered. We have no hesitation recommending Hollands 100%.

Colby and his team did phenomenal work for my business last week! Will definitely recommend them and possibly hire them again for a future project. They're well organized, on top of communication, and professional.

The final work product wasn't bad either

We visited Holland's showroom regarding our kitchen remodel and additional cabinetry. We met with Colby.

He scheduled to come to our home the following week, bring a specific door sample and information relating to a specific hardware in their showroom.

Colby arrived 40 minutes late for our appointment without a call.
It was obvious at our meeting that Colby was not interested in gathering any pertinent information regarding the design in order to provide even a ballpark pricing proposal. I was left with the feeling they would provide a very baseline price and bump for every feature that I was already providing him, if I received a proposal at all. He took no notes and spent less than 5 minutes taking measurements for an entire kitchen, pantry, hallway cabinetry and 2 bath vanities. He left with appliance specs and a list of notes regarding the cabinetry design that I supplied him. He did not bring the cabinet door sample or hardware information.

He quoted 1-2 weeks for the proposal.

It has been 6 weeks since our appointment and we have received NOTHING from Holland's cabinets. Absolutely no communication and no proposal.

I honestly don't know how or why a business would run like this? It is a waste of everyone's time.

I am a retired interior designer from N. California where I also did kitchen and bath remodels for my clients. I have worked with several cabinetmakers. My industry experience as well as current experience with another local custom cabinet company for this project confirms that they have some serious issues at Holland's Custom Cabinets.

We are very disappointed in the level of response and follow through with Holland. We read about all their reviews and decided to work with them and get a quote for remodeling our kitchen.

We had a budget of $75k and thought that was reasonable but we're sad to see that we were not treated very well.

The level of follow through after our meeting with Colby was limited at best and the owner of the company defended the salesperson over the client.

We we supremely disappointed with the jack of professionalism and support.

There are dozens of cabinet makers that offer the same or better quality cabinets and are willing to provide platinum level customer service.

Our experience was very poor and would be very hard to have any positive comments

I guess we were not a big enough kitchen remodel to be worth their time

Our experience With Dixieline Lumber was superior to the Holland experience.

For same or better quality cabinets, I would highly recommend working with Dixieline or another cabinet maker willing to treat you like a quality customer

We contacted Holland because the photos and reviews seemed so solid. We had an agent come to the house, take measurements, then tell us we'd have a quote in 2 weeks. Nearly a month went by so I called and lest a message. No reply. I called again a week later. No reply. My view is a company that won't deliver service before they have your money isn't one I'd trust after they have it. Really disappointed, we had high hopes.

My husband and I had been wanting to do a much needed upgrade on our kitchen. We kind of knew what we wanted, cabinets that look like they're part of the home. And we knew what we DIDN'T want, cheap looking cabinets. After looking through countless books, online websites and demo kitchens, we found our guy! We were at Kiva looking at kitchen appliances and we saw some extremely well made cabinets and asked about them. Not only did they use Bob Holland for their model kitchen, our contractor HIGHLY recommend him. From day one we were not disappointed. We had a vision and he put it to life. I love to see the shock on people's faces when they see our after kitchen. I can't thank them enough for the quality work. I still go wow, this is my dream kitchen every morning when I turn on the lights.

Holland's did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. We were particularly impressed with our cabinet designer Ty Hollimon. My wife and I are both Architects and designed the kitchen ourselves in a very modern style that is not typical. Ty understood our design vision from the very first day and worked with us relentlessly to finalize all the small details which were very important to us. Anytime there were any issues Ty stepped up to the plate and addressed them immediately. We would highly recommend Hollands and in particular Ty Hollimon.

I would highly recommend Holland's Custom Cabinets, my experience couldn't have been better. My wife and I did a ground up remodel and had no experience with custom cabinets. We needed cabinets for our kitchen, bathroom, linen closet and laundry room. There are many material, design options and features to consider when designing cabinets. We were fortunate to work with Ty Hollimon on this project who came highly recommended by both our contractor and architect. Ty led us through this process in a very friendly and consultative way. He started us off with the basics, helped figure out what styles we liked, and over the course of a number of meetings at his offices and our house was able to create 3D and 2D models of all our spaces with all our cabinet preferences and features. This allowed us to see what we are getting and make adjustments virtually throughout the design process. We really appreciated working with an expert like Ty who struck a great balance of helping us figuring out what we wanted and providing his expertise to get us to a place where all the pieces that he and his team built for us are thoughtfully and functionally designed with the highest quality materials given our budget. Once you get to know Ty and figure out generally what you want, you will get a great deal of comfort when he replies to your question with "if it was my house I would...". He proved to be spot on every time. Last but not least the install team did an amazing job. The installation process is no small undertaking. The installers are very professional and worked closely with Ty throughout this very smooth process. Ty personally reviewed the installation throughout the install process.

Having never done custom cabinets before, we took a risk and went with Holland's that we had not done business with previously after reading some reviews.

Our project was for a whole home remodel and in the process replaced every cabinet in the house. We were assigned Dave to work with us to provide a quote and to us assist us in designing our new cabinets. There were so many things that Dave thought of that we hadn't and those things, like a cabinet for cutting boards, and using slide out shelves for everything in the kitchen is most appreciated post-install. I should also note the level of accuracy to which these people work...... They take many measurements and then remeasure again if you decide to go with them, and they will have lots of questions for you to make your project successful.. Know your counter top width, appliance measurements and requirements, flooring height, etc.. Every bit of it matters and the process they go through and the level of detail they go through is impressive.

The timeframe we were originally quoted for the cabinet production was accurate and they delivered on time. The install team was awesome!! I cannot say enough good things about them or the quality of the product that was delivered. There are allot of great things they do, like adding a wood strip the melamine shelves (we wanted melamine shelves) to reinforce them and give them strength. I had never heard of this before, and the install went very smoothly.

Post install came painting, and the painters did a phenomenal job. The quality of the work and where they cut the paint off on the pull shelves is awesome. The way they did this was completely unexpected, but very neat and again just adds that extra touch of craftsmanship.

Post painting, they came out to adjust all the doors, put on the knobs and adjust the soft close mechanisms. They told us they may need to come out and make one more adjustment on the soft close after we loaded everything, and here again, we asked them to come back out and they came back out in a very favorable time frame.

This is a great company, that is held up by excellent craftsmen/women and excellent installers. They put an absolutely quality product forth for their clients and back everything they do. If the time comes and we buy another house and remodel, we will 100% call Holland's again.

One last note.. For folks that are doing their own projects, as we did, Holland's is extremely efficient and does their best to meet your timelines. But, realize that new custom cabinets do take time to install, then tape for paint, paint, then adjust, etc... It is a process and I can't say that it could have been done faster than it was, but it does take time to fully complete. I only state this as your cabinets are generally your longest pole in the tent when planning other contractors.
