This Dude is Horrible I Motioned to not Appear in Court. and He Didn't even Show up for my Court Date now I got a Failure To Appear what a Joke

Though during our initial meeting Mr. Dumpis strove to impress upon me the importance of certain paperwork having to be filed "immediately" and that "time was of the essence" , after being retained he did not file the paperwork for 51 days.

During the time of our working together Mr. Dumpis was either late or did not appear at all for meetings which he himself had scheduled.

While the other side in my case submitted paperwork to the judge which was seemingly read before our appearance, Mr. Dumpis did not do so on my behalf, nor did he even mention the opportunity. Subsequently his presentation in court seemed to me to be poor and at times almost none existent.

While I very well might have lost on the merits of my case, Mr. Dumpis made it a doubly unpleasant experience.
