      Went in for a oil change, at 10am, No appointment, but needed to get done ASAP before Noon. Todd, had a full day of appointments, but assured me he'd squeeze me in but needed a bit of time and would call when done.. Sure enough 11:30 . Phone call. All done come get it.
      In todays age I find most businesses and service providers generally lacking quality, professional and caring.. Mavis (Todd) excelled at all three. Hard to find other places.. We'll done

      We had a major conflict/misunderstanding with corporate in when a tire we needed would be at the store. When we showed up, we found out that the rep with dispatch told us wrong and that the tire wouldn't show up until the next day. This was awful news, but Todd and his team went WAY WAY WAY above and beyond, moving mountains and draining the seas, to help us try to find a way to get the tire we needed at a location along our route. I really can't express enough how amazing they ALL were. This was customer service completely unmatched with any other customer service I've EVER had (and I'm not a young pup by any means). Todd, THANK YOU doesn't even come close to the gratitude I have to you and your entire team. We'll never, ever forget you. You truly set the bar for outstanding customer service!

      I just paid 543.00 on tires 3 days ago with extra warranty on them. Just drove son to work at 3:00 in morning on today,which is Saturday, tire popped,now stranded.

      Today the Manager was Very unprofessional, In the past I personally haven't had an issue. I've always recommended people to come there. He addressed me, a customer in front of other customers. Regardless of the situation he shld have carried himself differently.
      Based on today's Experience I will No longer Go Back. It got out of Hand. I would give negative stars if I cld.

      The worst service ever ! Not a lie , they changed my brakes without the tires coming off ! They keep taking off my review, not nice! After these knuckleheads believe they were right! Lol , we'll Justin and The regional Manager told me it can be done here is the proof . We'll Iam not sure if Iam aloud to post the other paperwork from Mercedes So I have to wait ! But they will be getting a call ! Corporate should of called me ! Next time don't try to pull a fast one over on a girl from Long Island ! If Iam aloud I will post the outcome!

      Been to just about all of there stores and 310 Main St. Binghamton is by far the best. Management and employee I dealt with is how customer service should be.

      I was pleasantly surprised at how well my oil change went. I booked an appointment online but had to call the shop to change the time. No problem.

      Although the lot was full when we arrived they took my car in at the appointment time. A half hour later it was done. On top of that the cost was less than $30.

      The staff was polite and professional. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them when I am in he area.

      I walked to Burger King for a coffee while I waited.

      I recently moved to NY from out of state and needed to get my inspection and emissions after having my car registered. The state of NY gives you 10 days to get your emissions and inspection done and I am leaving for vacation, so I needed it done ASAP so I'm not illegal.

      I was having trouble finding a place that was open on a Sunday to have this completed. After calling several places in town, I called this particular Mavis location who said to bring in my SUV whenever and they could help me. I dropped my SUV off and they finished in 2 hours. The price was about $21.00 for emissions, inspection, putting both tags on and drilling for the front plate. I'm not sure how that compares to other places in town, but I thought it was pretty good seeing as an inspection lasts two years.

      Save yourself the time, trouble, and money. Do not go here, the associate Matt who works at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful to me and claimed he had other people business who was more important than mine, another paying customer. I understand my business there wouldn't have brought them a huge source of money but to act like he didn't care for my business at all was incredibly rude and I will never be coming here again. Oh, and he wasn't even wearing a mask appropriately and the mechanics all had no masks on their face while servicing people and working on their vehicles. In a pandemic.

      I have used the location in the past many times. Never an issue, but some of the staff I have dealt with in the past have moved to another location.  One new staff member "Anthony" is a customer service nightmare....and this comes a former big box retail store manager and HR manager.

      Example one.  I had the tires changed on a vehicle on 10-19-19.  When I was dropping off the vehicle, Anthony never once said "good morning" or even "how can I help you?"  Looked at me and said "Yeah?" meaning...what do you want.  OK - so I let it slide, everyone has a bad day and I get that.  But when I came back to pick up the vehicle again I dealt with Anthony...there was no service follow up or even if I wanted tire warranties...just took my card and ran it.  Handed my card back to me and receipt...and not even a "Thank you".  I told him  "Thank you" but he just walked away.  So at this point I'm a little agitated...but again everyone has a bad day.
      So now we fast forward to 10-24-19.  I called to confirm my next tire order for the date of 10-26-19.  Anthony picks up the phone...asked me what I needed. I explained I wanted to confirm my tire appointment.  He took my name, and said "yep".  I asked ok, so you are saying "yep" that we are good for the appointment on 10-26-19 - and again the "yeah, that what I just said"  (rude) I said "ok, great!" and I said thank you...Anthony did not say "thank you" or even Goodbye...he hung up the damn phone on me!
      I filed a complaint with customer service explaining what happened and that I was officially canceling my order.  Explained I was going to another tire place...and yes they are more expensive...but they treated me with respect so they get my money.

      So 30 minutes later Matt the manager calls me...asking me to confirm my order - I explained to Matt I did that this morning with Anthony, but after he hung up with me, I am canceling my order and will not be back until that SOB is gone.  Explained to Matt I am paying a bit more for the same tires, but good customer service is worth it. 

      Clean up your location...get rid of the human trash and you will increase your sales.
