Not sure why the reviews are so low here but i love this location. They have a lot of merchandise and its very well kept. Staff is nice and accommodating. My mask broke while entering the store and an employee got me a new one with no trouble. The downstairs area is where they have the best prices just an FYI! They also have an elevator for all mamas with strollers! Also, ample parking! Can't go wrong with this store.

Mary Gail J.Queens, NY21228Feb 13, 2020I've had my last straw with this branch. I love buying clothes for my son here but the staff in this branch are very rude and disrespectful. They aren't welcoming to the customers and they give attitude to customers. It's their job to be accommodating and helpful to their customers but instead they are nothing but rude and disrespectful.

CartersAug 8, 2019Previous reviewSo, I went in for one item, retrieved it and got on line. Their was one employee on the floor helping a man put some different outfits together. This same employee sent the one other person who was on the floor (she was behind the counter) downstairs to find some bows for the same man. The store had about a total of four customers upstairs including the outfit man and myself. I waited by the counter for a few minutes, and then asked the one person on the floor (who was standing right next to the counter) if someone could please ring me up. She told me that she would be with me in a minute and proceeded to talk to Mr. Outfit. After a few minutes, she made she way to the counter and continued to talk to him as she rang me up. No hello. No how are you. No did you find what you needed. Nothing. She rang up my item, and it was a different price than the exact same item that I purchased the day before in a different Carter location. She said it was 25% off. I explained that it was 50% off in a different Carter store. She offered no explanation. I left the item in the store. You're not doing me a favor taking my money. A little customer service goes a long way. I gave it one star for nostalgia...

They have such cute outfits for good prices. The store always has sales . When you spend over $75 you get $10 free. I have brought so much clothes all different sizes for upcoming baby. I'm spoiling so much . Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
