There is no food available but you can order from nearby restaurants and bring your food into Press start, no problem. Cluckers is next door, actually adjacent to Press Start.
The bar has specialty drinks available. See menu. The service is great. Felicia, at the bar is professional, proficient and personable. She make a mean drink. Wednesday is draft beer special price day, $5.00!! Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing is excellent!
The ambiance is casual and fun full of lights from the pinball machines and colorful decor!
John is the manager. He talked with us for a while. So friendly and nice, giving is so much info about the State pinball tournament coming up this weekend!
This place is fun!!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dec 15, 2023
Cool hangout spot to have a good time at a relatively cheap price.
There were a lot of game options, from pin ball to air hockey to Pac-Man. I like that there were a lot of options for 2-4 player games to get everyone involved!
Can't comment on the staff because I don't think I interacted with or saw a single staff member the whole time we were there (to be fair, we didn't visit the bar room and stayed only in the arcade room).
I don't have the traditional gamer perspective, but I think it would be cool if they had other games from child arcades. I'm thinking spider stomp, the jackpot light game, the jump rope game, etc. Those can bring out the little kid in you!
Either way, it was a fun time!Helpful 6Thanks 1Love this 6Oh no 0 - Heidi C.NV, NV271Apr 30, 2024

This spot is the bomb. It has lots of arcade games, basketball, pool, ice hockey and my favorite, pin balls. Nice bar with seating area and lounge. The parking was a bit hard but it was worth it once inside. It is bigger than it looks from the outside. The games were fun and lots of variety. And if hungry you can get food next door. It makes it a one stop spot. Some of the old games were my favorite. You don't find those much anymore. Since it is in Midtown, you can walk to other places if you need to.
If you like video games and pin ball, this is your spot. It brings back good times.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Dec 20, 2023Updated review
I absolutely love this place! I mean who doesn't want to relive their gamer childhood. I almost forgot how fun it is to play video games. I must say that the Super Mario is so much easier on the classic console controller rather than the arcade joystick.

Thank you Dawn! It’s funny, everyone thinks we have the games set to a hard difficulty. We don’t. You just aren’t as good as you remember. Thanks for playing and see you again soon!
Jun 4, 2023Previous reviewI find this place so much fun. I love old school Nintendo games. I was a Super Mario Bros l & ll pro back in my day. I Loved T&C Surf PaperBoy back in the day. However, I'm not as good as I used to be. Old school arcades are always fun!!

Since moving to Reno a little over a year ago this place was on my bucket list but just never got around to it. The place has a lot of the games I played as a teenager at the video arcade and bowling alley. Brings back a lot of memories. Great bar service and food available from Cluckers next door. A lot more fun place to have a drink because there's something to do other than stare at the game on TV.

This Yelp Event was a blast! It brought back some fond memories of my youth. I spent many a night playing pinball with a group of friends in the 70s. The Cluckers sliders were yummy. The pulled pork had a good flavor. The "Apple Cider" was very tasty. The staff was friendly. There were lots of other games, air hockey, a pool table, race car console, and a variety of other games. Thank-you Michael for another great Yelp Event! We appreciate all your hard work organizing these events. Congratulations on the collection of toys that all the attendees brought in for the children of the community
