      Pretty clean BUT
Customer service SUCKS it literally plummeted !!!
When the pandemic started I tried to pause my membership not even cancel it but put it on pause. Why pay for a membership when you can't visit the gym... they refused they wanted me to pay for 3 months without ever stepping into the gym... the multiple steps in order to cancel the membership and not getting any help from the managers I had to cancel my bank account so they would stop charging me!!!
      This is nonsense.
The prices of membership are different to segregate people into peak hours and non peak hours ? WTF is that about pay one fee for all, and NO MILITARY DISCOUNT.
      Thanks for your disservice.
      Bye!

Horrible and unethical business practices. They will not let you cancel your membership. They will tell you it is month to month and then change the story saying you are stuck in the contract and they can't do anything about it. If you eventually give up and stop paying they will send you to collections. They are unethical scammers and they take advantage of people.

Clean, everything works most of the time, staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lot of equipment and free weights. The only problem is the reduced hours. Gym closes at 7pm on Saturdays. I don't get that. It used to be open until 10 on Saturday, but they inexplicably changed their hours. Facility is an A, hours are a B. Overall a very good neighborhood gym.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. The manager, Sean S., is nasty, unprofessional, dismissive and just overall uninterested in making his members have a pleasant experience. The fact that they advertise this gym as a "spa gym" is laughable. The woman's locker room is dark, with blinking lights that appear to have to be changed and never have been. There is one singular outlet in the woman's lounge that is not properly secured to the wall and has been in this condition since I joined a year ago. The outlet appears to be an accident/electrocution waiting to happen but as is typical, absolutely nothing was ever done about it. They have one barely functioning blow dryer that you have to ask to use each time you go into the locker room. (itS NOW BEEN BROKEN FOR 5 DAYS AND NEVER REPLACED). There are no hooks for your towel when you shower in the unclean, shower stalls. The best part is when you enter and Sean does not even look up to greet you while usually on a personal call. If you speak to him, he is rather abrupt, dismissive, and completely uninterested in what you have to say. (Annoyed that you have interrupted his personal call probably). The AC is kept on 72-74 even on 100 degree days. If something breaks and you report it, your looking at 3-4 months for a repair. There were missing handles from the lockers since I joined. 1 of the 2 soap dispensers in the ladies lounge was broken for about 2 months. There are NO paper towels to dry your hands. And this is just the "spa" portion. Read all the reviews about trying to cancel your membership. I signed on for a contract that was never even printed out for me so you do not even know what you are signing. You take the verbal assurances of the person you are signing with but lesson learned. You are promised things that trust me, if its not in writing you ARE NOT getting. I called customer service to make a complaint today about SEAN who actually came into the woman's locker room, raised his voice to me, in front of another member who was in the locker room (hopefully clothed) and proceeded to say it was me who raised my voice. Just gross, inappropriate, unprofessional behavior that one would never expect at a place of business. They don't even appear to have a customer service department-just a billing one. This gym is the opposite of a spa vacation unless your vacationing in hell. I was told not to return to the gym so stay tuned if I get my money back. Oh and I signed up for training sessions for a year (as I was told this was the only way they do it which I later found out is also not true). I was also told that I could cancel my sessions after 6 months (also I was then told this was never said). After the third trainer left, the gym cancelled my training sessions unilaterally due to staffing issues. But when I wanted to cancel the contract, I was prohibited from doing so. Oh and watch out for "the enhancement" fee you are apparently charged on a yearly basis and never told about..and trust me, nothing has been enhanced since I joined. I have more which I will save for another day. Lets see if I hear back from the owner. Unethical billing practices and no one to complain to. Buyer beware....its no wonder the place is usually half empty....

I've been to this gym twice. First time was very easy going I dropped in signed a waiver paid my fee since I wasn't an SI resident. Young man at the front desk gave me my credentials back wished me a good work out and I went about my business. Second time back i meet Sean the manager. He was dismissive and arrogant from the start. He also wouldn't give me my id back after I paid my drop in fee. Said he needed it to put notes in the system. Told him that's not necessary and to hand me my license. He proceeds to tell me about so called "thefts" from the locker room. I felt he was insinuating I might steal something that's why he needed my id. Maybe cus I'm Hispanic. Can't trust those darn minorities. After i tell him the young guy at the front desk a few days before didn't give me any problems and was one of the reasons i came back because of how easy he made things. Sean tells me the guy didn't do his job properly because he didn't hold my id. Guess having customers/clients return is doing a poor job. Wannabe big gym ran by a bigger ego. Sean needs help with his customer service skills. Could be just me but I think that's pretty important in a business that deals with nothing but members/clients/customers! Never going back.

Staff is great, really friendly. It's never too crowded, machines work, and the clientele are fine.

UPDATE: After I spent 3 months of chasing Mike (the manager) and Ryan (the owner) to get them to fix my billing issues, I FINALLY was able to meet with Mike. He told me I must backpay for the 3 months that I did not pay for. I told him I will not pay it, because if he and Ryan would have resolved my issue from the beginning, then I wouldn't be 3 months in arrears. I asked to instead start my payments over. He said he would not allow me to do that, and I MUST pay it for the 3 months, and if not, I will be sent to collections.

So of course I did not pay, and now am getting calls from a Collections Agency for the back payments. And again, this is all because Ryan and Mike decided to spend 3 months fingering each other, instead of promptly dealing with my billing issue.

Do not fall victim to this nonsense like I did!

I was a member of this Gym for more than a year and at least 4 times no one showed to open the Gym in the morning, this is extremely irresponsible
Plus i got to say facilities sometimes are dirty, showers dirty and sauna and toilets broken etc.

Ohh and Also Management is extremely careless they don't care about none and i have to say that Ryan is a very rude guy.

With a monthly membership at almost $50
you expect better conditions and services

Push is a sleek, contemporary fitness center occupying the site of the former Planet Fitness. Although the price seems a bit higher, it offers clean shower and a sauna, and classes are included. The instructors are talented and knowledgeable. While they encourage you to push to your limit, they make sure you are comfortable going at your own speed.
They have also recently opened a smoothie-protein shake bar. Lots of variety and fresh ingredients. My only criticism is that they no longer take cash, so you can only get your smoothie on if you charge it to your account - which leaves me out.
Otherwise, the staff is friendly and attentive. The equipment is new. There are areas for spin, weights, and classes, making this a bargain.

This place suffers from staff that aren't friendly and seem very disinterested in their clientele. Yes it's very true that they have great equipment, but it's also nothing that you haven't seen in other gyms. They have a sauna, but try your luck with it because it's sometimes down frequently.

And they have a juice bar that they recently began operating although the gym had gone a whole year and some change without it.

Also they offer classes and training sessions but they're not consistent with actually running them. I was disappointed with my time there. I wouldn't recommend.
