We contacted Richie to help us sell our much loved home of almost 19 years. Richie was on top of the market, quickly got to now us and our needs and his experience and knowledge of the area was worth way more than his fees. He made sure we didn't waste time on looking at properties in rough neighborhoods and highlighted how different properties better fit us or not. Then when it came to documentation management and negotiations he was on top of all that too. If we buy again in the Valley, we will hire Richie for sure!

I will try to keep this short, though it is hard to sum up how AMAZING Richie is, in a brief way.

We were referred to Richie by a colleague and friend. At the point we got the referral, we had sent multiple emails/voicemails to other agents, and were waiting patiently for replies. The SECOND I reached out to Richie, my phone rang! This level of responsiveness continued throughout our homebuying journey.

We started searching for the perfect home during a very challenging market environment. Richie's relationships with what seems like the entire population of the San Fernando Valley were invaluable! We had to make more than one offer, given the market, but in both scenarios, Richie had a connection to the sellers, the agents, the financing people... in a market this tight, personal connections are SO important, and being able to leverage Richie's friendships and business relationships is what landed us our dream home.

We initially had a lot of different neighborhoods on our list (mostly based on what we could afford), and Richie was able to steer us to the best little pockets in neighborhoods that might not otherwise be A+. We ultimately were able to purchase a home in a very desirable neighborhood, and Richie guided us the entire way.

Richie was able to help up put together an offer than would get noticed, and walked us through (slowly... for us layman) how to write an effective counteroffer that would not only move us to the top of the pile, but also kept our best interests in mind.

I recommend Richie to ANYONE who asks me if I know of a realtor. He was a truly great find, and a wonderful resource to have. We miss him already, and hope we will be able to work with him again in the future!

Richie is a total professional and the guy you want in your corner when you are selling a house (buying too I guess but in this case it was a sale) He guided us through the uncharted waters, gave solid advice, worked tirelessly and was available just about 24/7 if there were questions or concerns.
