I come into this Safeway once in awhile before work first thing in the morning and Michelle is always at the cash register ready to help out all of her many customers. She is always so friendly and happy. She does not have an easy job dealing with the craziness that walks into this location but even with people shoplifting and I'm sure not always being so friendly she is so so cheerful and has amazing customer service. Always makes my morning when I see her

Safeway baked chickens always are the worst in town! I used to get some deli chickens on Monday when they're on sale. I stopped buying baked chickens at Safeway because theirs are dried and burnt. Last Monday my family member bought this bag, he usually doesn't pay much attention to how the food looks. All chicken thighs and legs burned like char and drastically dried out. $14.99 is not cheap compared to its quality is it? This confirmed that FM or Walmart is a go to !

We live a few blocks away from this store and shop here quite often. Yeah I agree with a comment about the restroom at this store they probably don't care too much about it because not many shoppers use as much as they do at Freddy's or Walmart. I like the pistachio and orzo salad at this store and usually get them every week. Today the food workers might've been distracted by something else (snow? short staffed ?) they've forgotten to add salt in the orzo salad it tastes totally bland. Also baked chicken are a bit soggy and burnt.Hope Safeway management look at feedback and take it serious.

This is a review for their bakery. We ordered my daughter's birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious. The staff member who helped take in our order was patience and kind. He was able to describe the differences in between the frosting and filling options. He also made suggestions--it was a huge hit. It was decorated just how we had asked (a pirate map theme). Thank you for much for making that part of our party planning so incredibly simple and affordable!!!!

Staff is well trained, management is top notch. I use drive up and go all the time. Orders are complete, if they are out of my selection the wonderful ladies will call me and offer a solution. The courtesy clerks are very helpful and very polite. Great Job to the beautiful manager in drive up and go for your team, you deserve 10

No paper towels in the restroom. No way to get out without contaminating my hand on the lock and doorknob. Oh wait! I'll use a toilet seat cover!

And signage doesn't reflect current county mask mandate. Says "masks are recommended." But they are required of all businesses and patrons.

Every freaking time the lines are 5+ people long. They don't call additional checkers.....managers don't come to help...nothing

You are out of every single whipped cream you stock.....shell is bare.....you only had sugar filled spray cans available.

KEEP YOUR SHELVES STOCKED. You have a backroom, you have employees working the dairy dept.......DO YOUR JOB corporate and have staff filling shelves and available to help customers.

The above is why I shop almost exclusively at WinCo.

Wasted 20 minutes of my day hunting down employees to ask where items were....BOGUS!

Out of every whipped cream you stock. Get your ish together!

Was standing at the lottery kiosk around 7:30pm, approx. 2-3 months ago, selecting lotto scratch tickets, when a light brown haired woman with a pony tail, jeans, and a sweatshirt (didn't notice a name tag?) hastily barked "you need to leave, you're not allowed here for shoplifting!" Stunned, I said "excuse me?" Mind you, this was in front of a small cluster of other staff members and multiple customers, all naturally stared at me upon hearing that. She replied "You know what I'm talking about. I kicked you and that guy you were with out last night for stealing flowers!" I literally chuckled and said "no, that wasn't me, I have no idea what you're talking about." (Flowers...wow). She then said "no that was you!" I then said "do you have it on surveillance? May I see for myself? Because I honestly have no idea what you're talking about." I think she realized she messed up and had the wrong person, because she huffed and walked away. I rolled my eyes, got into my Mercedes and left. That wasn't the first time I saw her react to a customer and staff like that. I'm not sure if she's loss prevention or some flimsy night manager, but it would have been an embarrassing situation I'm sure for some, with how she handled it.

Safeway on Evergreen Way In Everett, WA is great. They, unlike Fred Meyer down the road, are mindful of long lines and, when they see their line is long, ask for help (Three's a crowd!).

By the way, I never see managers in any supermarket anymore. The best supermarket was a store in New York where the manager was always out and about, working right along with everyone else, NOT hiding in some office somewhere. Managers should be more visible.

My NINETY year old father went to this location. The item he wanted to buy was on sale but out of stock. He requested a raincheck. When he requested a second raincheck for another item he was told to wait. They sent a man over who told him he was trespassing and that they would call the police if he didn't leave. A very slow moving NINETY year old who just wanted something that they were advertising as on sale. Shameful.
