This place is horrible. They do not tell you the return policy. If you are not satisfied they will only give you store credit or exchange within 14 days. They will issue you a credit back to your card. Also if you don't return with 14 days you lose store credit. Do not shop here

As far as shopping experiences go, this was a really good one. Obviously buying a first suit is always difficult, but Rohan was really helpful, and Ellie and the Turkish guy (sorry, didn't catch his name) all jumped in to help. Ended up getting exactly what I needed, and they organized the tailoring for me. We ended up having a good chat and I walked out very happy!

Also there are pretty good specials all year round...

I have been going to this Sarar location for the last two years and sadly cannot recommend it to anyone any more. Went in this past Saturday for a suit. Needed it rushed for my engagement photos today (Wednesday) and was assured by the salesperson that it would be ready by Tuesday evening or at the very latest, first thing this morning. Called to check just now and was told it wouldn't be ready until 1pm. Don't understand how this could be when a department store like Bloomingdales can turn it around the same day. Cannot recommend this store when the salespeople are so misinformed and can't deliver on their promises.

Called with a very specific request for a wing-collared tuxedo shirt and Rohan was on top of it. Checked for availability in my size and put it aside for me with no hesitation. When I arrived, he was on top of his game and made the experience perfect, including when I sought something slightly different from what was originally asked about. Great experience and definitely worthwhile.
