I do not recommend them. Horrible customer service. Non professional. For over 6 months I have been calling this company. They never answer their phone. All you get it is a voicemail so you can leave a voice message. I leave them a message and they have never returned a call. I bought them a central vacuum unit, intercom system, home alarm system, Home theater surrond system, 2 TVs with installation, I also paid them for the installation of my family room plasma TV. Now I call them to repair my alarm and my central vacumm unit and they just ignore my calls and my messages.

I think the above review was intended for another company possibly. We have never performed any work for this person named above. We have a long list of satisfied customers. Dont think we would sustain being in business for 16 years if we did not make our customers happy.
