Stith Funeral Homes

My family has used Stith since my great grandfather died 61 years ago, well before I was born. It is a highly trusted place among us. I have been to a few funerals here, but only recently had to deal myself with arranging the funeral of my mom. All the staff, and especially Paul, were wonderful. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Paul was very sensitive to our every concern. The prices were more than reasonable. What a joy for such decent humanity in the midst of terrible loss. Highly recommended.

One of the most unorganized funeral homes I have ever been too !! My uncle was laid out here number on very few chairs set out for the layout, the people are not very friendly or helpful at all !! They set at the door and just look at you !!! On the day of my uncles funeral they had no resevered seating for family sisters,brothers nieces nephews nothing it was wherever you could fit ! My other uncle had to stand in the hall outside the room because there was no where for him to sit !! There was no organization to the line for the procession to the cemetery at all !! They should have had wife kids grand kids brothers sisters etc not a hodgepodge of get in where you fit in !!! I personal would not recommend this place at all this is not the first time this has been a mess of an ordeal !!!

Last week, we laid our beautiful daughter to rest under the direction and leadership of Stith Funeral Homes, specifically Josh Marcum and Paul Barton. As can be seen above, we give Stith a 5 star rating. If we could give a higher rating, we would. There is nothing worse than watching your child die and then have to make funeral decisions, but Josh and Paul made the process as painless as any parents would want. We were so impressed with their compassion, responsiveness, organization, and overall services. We never met these gentlemen before, we now feel like they are our family. They answered every question/request we had with a "can do" attitude and they delivered. Our daughter's service was beautiful and it could not have been this way without Stith's outstanding service. We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Josh and Paul. Our hearts are filled as much as possible.
